Repair, Overhaul & Packaging Drilling Equipment

Draw works, mud pumps, rotary tables, swivels, electric brake, traveling equipment, generator rewinds, S.C.R. & electrical system repairs/rebuilds plus installations. We provide a full inspection of your drilling equipment and rebuild it back to the original manufacturers specifications and according to API / International specification requirements.

We replace all worn parts with new parts which meet or exceed OEM specifications or with parts free issued by the customer.

Qualified mechanics who perform the repair of drilling equipment both onsite and in the field. Highly skilled individuals are capable of evaluating needed repairs at the customers job site and then making these needed repairs with provided parts.

Design & Manufacturing and rebuilding of Accumulator Units

The specialist on accumulator unit & control panel Manufacturing, repair/rebuild in the Middle East. We can perform a complete inspection/repair/rebuild of your existing unit or we can build you a new unit per your provided specifications and in accordance with API 16D.

Our BOP control units are custom designed and build to meet client requirement and API 16D specification.

Complete Fabrication of New BatchMixers & Cementing units

Complete fabrication of onshore and offshore mud tanks and mud systems, Batch Mixers, Cementing units , as well as, purpose built moving equipment, sub bases, skid gear, process piping, accommodation camps/modules both skid mounted or trailer mounted.

To ensure welded products meet customer and industry standards, our welders are qualified to internationally accepted codes such as ASME, IX, AWS, D1.1 and API 1104. All welding is carried out per qualified welding procedures. .

Equipment and Manpower Supply

We offer drilling equipment for sale and or rental when available. All offered equipment will have been fully inspected by a qualified serviceman and ready to go to work.

We have an excellent team for sourcing your spare parts needs for most all drilling equipment in today's market. These parts are alternative to the OEM but meet or exceed OEM specifications. We source parts worldwide to ensure that deliveries are met without sacrificing price or quality.

We offer manpower supply of mechanics and electricians who are available to travel to most customer locations to perform on site inspections and repairs.

Engineering and Design

Provide highly qualified and experienced personnel to complete all mechanical, structural, electrical and instrumentation design plus detailed engineering necessary to meet project requirements.

All engineering activities are carried out to documented quality assurance procedures. All elements of design are reviewed for adequacy, correctness and compatibility with design documents prepared by other engineering disciplines

Quality Control Inspection & Testing

    Quality control inspection & testing are carried out in accordance with project specific inspection & testing plans. Each project specific plan is based upon the customer contract requirements and in each case well meet or exceed international inspection / testing standards.

    Our Quality control Engineers & Inspectors are qualified according to API , ASNT and ASME standards to carry out various inspection and testing of drilling equipment and class certification.

    Every aspect of our manufacturing , refurbishment, upgrade and recertification process are scrutinized by our QA/QC department according to I SO , API and International codes & standards
